A new cocktail bar is making waves in the Leeds nightlife scene - but it is easy to miss if you don't know where you are looking.
Hidden just yards from Leeds train station, Underbelly serves a classic cocktail menu as well as some signature recipes.
The underground speakeasy is accessed by following some steep steps down from the Friends of Ham restaurant, on New Station Street, and provides the perfect spot for a quiet night away from the hustle and bustle of Leeds' main bar strips.

On the cocktail menu are the classic espresso martinis, margaritas and daiquiris - but Underbelly's bar staff have also come up with a few ideas of their own.
The 'twists menu' includes a 'Parisienne martini', a take on the French classic made with plantation pineapple rum, raspberry liqueur and pineapple juice.
If a martini is not your thing, there is also the 'Herbie's pub', a rum cocktail made up of plantation Fiji, watermelon, lime and pineapple juice.
There's also a twist on the refreshing iced tea, which includes a blend of Element 29 vodka, Portobello Road gin, curacao, lemon and smoked cola and Pedro Ximinez sherry.

And if that hasn't persuaded you to check out this unique drinking den, there is a healthy selection of beers on tap. Pints start at £4.80.
Food can also be ordered from the restaurant upstairs, so there's no need to tackle the steps again if you're feeling peckish.
