The Guardian Culture Professionals Network has teamed up with the Hospital Club to find this year's h.Club100 – the annual nationwide campaign to identify the 100 most influential and innovative people working across arts, culture and the creative industries in the UK. Categories for this year's top 100 are:
• Advertising, marketing and PR
• Art and design
• Broadcast
• Fashion
• Film
• Gaming and tech
• Music
• Publishing and writing
• Theatre and performance
• Creative entrepreneurs
Nominations have been flooding in for people who have achieved great things in all these areas. Over the next few days, roughly 600 names will go through a formal judging process, whittling them down to just 29 names per category.
But the last space in each category will be reserved for the Guardian Culture Professionals Network Wild Card nomination, which is why we need your help in finding the creative people doing the most interesting and innovative things in each category.
How to nominate
Nominate now for the wild card spot in any of the first nine categories by using the form below (applications for the Creative entrepreneurs category in partnership with the British Council are being accepted separately via this link).
We'll be closing the call for nominations on Monday 16 September, which gives you two weeks to nominate. A panel of judges will choose just one wild card nomination per category, leaving 300 finalists overall – these people will then go to a public vote from 7 October, before the big reveal of the final h.Club100 in November.
Nominations are now closed
