Having spent the past couple of months enjoying some down time and travelling following a gruelling 2018/19 Championship campaign, Bristol City players are due to report back for pre-season training on Thursday as they prepare to kick off the new campaign at home to Leeds on August 4.
But for some, the hard work has already started, hitting the gym early to gain an advantage ahead of another action-packed campaign.
