Ahead of exam season, The Gym Group has announced a huge new deal and it's perfect for stressed students.
They'll be giving free six-week memberships to 16 to 18 year olds , in a bid to help young people combat exam stress this summer, and they'll be the first gym brand in the UK to do so.
The offer will run from now until the 16 July, and will all teens aged 16-18 to receive six-weeks free at any of The Gym’s across the UK, so long as they sign up between the specified dates.
It will be a daytime membership, so 16 - 18 year olds will be able to use the gym for free between the hours of 0930 and 1600, 7 days a week.

The Gym Group are working with Big Narstie for the campaign, and found that 77% of teens say exams and revision contribute to increased levels of anxiety and stress. But four in five (80 per cent) of parents believe exercise is the best way for their teens to relieve exam stress.
Big Narstie comments: "When I feel stressed, I take my stress out on the punching bags. It helps calm me, keeps me focused and gets me back on track.”
From the teens that where surveyed, 80 per cent believe that exercise helps to overcome feelings of stress and that regular exercise during exams can improve confidence, help them relax and make them feel better both mentally and physically. Today’s teens are more likely to exercise than turn to social media when feeling stressed and anxious.
