The Gym Group notices ‘evolution’ away from cardio at 260 sites

  • Sales for The Gym Group rose by eight per cent to £245 million, with standard monthly membership prices averaging £25.64.
  • Gen Z individuals, born between 1997 and 2012, constitute 44 per cent of its membership, with around three-quarters of these younger members exercising at least twice weekly.
