The Guardian social enterprise network podcast #7 - August 2012

Welcome to the latest Guardian social enterprise network podcast. In each podcast, we speak to social entrepreneurs and those who fund them, buy from them and work with them, exploring the issues that social enterprises face as they do good through business.

On our August podcast Sean McGinty gets out of the studio and spends the day in the company of a group of people dedicated to ensuring communities take ownership of their services and buildings. We hear from the communities minister Andrew Stunnel, from the organisers of the event Locality and the Hebden Bridge Community Association which now owns and runs the building where the Ambitious Communities Conference was held. We also talk to Co-operatives UK's secretary general Ed Mayo about the benefits of membership in a social enterprise.
