Ange Postecoglou believes Celtic are set to savour a significant and relentless spell in their quest for success.
The Parkhead boss and his team head to Germany ahead of Thursday's clash against Bayer Leverkusen. The Europa League crunch will kick-start a punishing run of 12 games in the next 39 days.
Postecoglou ’s team have a Premier Sports Cup Final against Hibs within that schedule which ends with a January 2 home clash against Rangers in the cinch Premiership.
Celtic will be severely tested but the gaffer hopes staying in form will help the troops handle the situation.
Postecoglou said: “It’s been on the horizon. I put off looking at it too closely for a little while but I’ve had a good look and there are a lot of games and a significant period for us in many respects.

“So it’s one we are going to have to work our way through and try to keep improving our football, knowing that we are going to have to maintain a high level of consistency if we want to keep making inroads in all of the competitions.
“It’s a significant period but I think the players will enjoy it. If you’re doing well then you love playing games.”
The festive period will be hectic with the players, as usual, training at Lennoxtown on Christmas Day.
Postecoglou told the Celtic View Podcast: “I think for the most part players accept that’s part of it. You like to think you are almost like an extended family here.
“So you have Christmas morning with your real family and then share it with your Celtic family in the afternoon.
“That’s the responsibility we have. We are all in a privileged position doing what we love.
“These things that come along that most people don’t normally have to contend with are a small price to pay for what we do.
“I’m sure the players will embrace that aspect of it.”
