She's the hot favourite to win The Great British Bake Off – and Steph Blackwell is already on to a tasty little earner with her own company.
Fans of the Channel 4 show will discover who this year’s star baker is on Tuesday.
Steph, 28, is up against David Atherton, 36, and Alice Fevronia, 28.
But we can reveal biccie-lover Steph launched her own venture, Starlotte Ltd, a matter of weeks ago.
Steph, an assistant in a sport shop, used her middle name Charlotte to give the firm its name.
It was set up using £1 on October 1 and documents show she is the sole director.

She’ll be hoping to take after Bake Off stars such as Nadiya Hussain, 34, and Candice Brown, 34. Nadiya is a millionaire thanks to her swift rise from amateur cook to top author and telly star after her 2015 win.
And Candice came out on top in 2016 and recently opened her own pub, The Green Man, in Bedfordshire.
Steph, who lives in Chester with her mum, got into baking thanks to her grandad, who loves homemade bread.
Self-taught, she says she’s a “still learning” baker and her passion for sport and wellness inspires her creations.

Named star baker four times this series, she goes for healthier treats, adding veg or fruit, lowering sugar content and focusing on healthier fats.
She panicked on Tuesday’s semis, admitting her raspberry tarts looked “like boobs”.
She already has 40,000 followers on Instagram .
Meanwhile, fans took to social media to express their disappointment at Rosie Brandreth-Poynter being axed during last Tuesday's quarter-final episode.
The 28-year-old vet was unable to impress judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith during patisserie week.
Bake Off fans were left enraged with the decision and took to Twitter to share their upset.
One annoyed viewer wrote: "Rosie woz robbed! She won the technical against all odds and made some actual patisserie in patisserie week! David made a wonky root-veg slab-cabin inside some kind of Scientology chapel. She woz robbed I tells ya!"
