Bake Off fans, the moment you have been waiting for is almost here: The Great British Bake Off final will air tonight.

After 10 weeks of signature bakes, technical challenges, and showstoppers, only three finalists remain.

Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith will judge the bakes for the final time this season before crowning one finalist the Star Baker.

Find out below which bakers will be competing and how you can watch one of them win the prize cake stand.

Who are the The Great British Bake Off finalists?

Abdul, Sandro, and Syabira will face off in the final episode of Bake Off in the hope of being named this year’s Star Baker.

Abdul

Abdul, 29, is an electronics engineer from London. He was raised in Saudi Arabia by Pakistani parents.

As a child, he would pull apart the electronics in his house — but his early interest paid off and led to his current career. He is now an electronics engineer, dividing his time between London and Cambridge.

He’s also a keen salsa dancer and space nerd. Abdul began baking as a hobby when he and his colleagues would bake for each other before their daily coffee breaks.

Sandro

Sandro, 30, is a nanny from London. He was born in Angola but he and his mother fled the Angolan war when he was two, before settling in London.

Sandro’s Angolan heritage inspires the flavours of his bakes, such as the spice of paprika paired with tangy cheese.

He’s passionate about fitness and is a keen boxer with a background in ballet and breakdancing.

Sandro began baking following the death of his father, with the hobby serving as a form of therapy. Baking is now an important part of his life, and he runs virtual baking classes for children with autism.

Syabira

Syabira, 32, is a cardiovascular research associate from London. She was born in Malaysia but moved to the UK in 2013 to study for her PhD, before settling in London.

Syabira is a gamer and spends time playing an online World-War-II simulation game.

She began baking in 2017, when she made a red velvet cake to remind her of the treats she shared with friends back home.

Syabira likes to incorporate Malaysian flavours and British classics, with chicken rendang Cornish pasties being a favourite.

What time is the The Great British Bake Off final?

This will air on Channel 4 at 8pm until 9.15pm, on Tuesday, November 15.

The episode will then be available to stream on All4.
