Bring Wimbledon into your home with this heady take on a classic combination (racket sports are not advisable after two). Per serving:
1 scoop strawberry ice-cream
50ml gin
25ml sweet vermouth
1 dash Angostura bitters
2 fresh strawberries
Chill a tumbler. Put everything bar the fruit in a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake. Muddle (ie bash) the strawberries in the base of the tumbler, top with the cocktail mix (fine-strained) and drink at once.
