Spicy ginger beer with a welcome thwack of sweet-sour pomegranate molasses and some freshly squeezed clementine juice: this is an ace drink just as it is, but for grown-ups by all means add a slug of rum or vodka. Makes 440ml.
1 can good ginger beer (330ml)
1 tbsp pomegranate molasses
3 clementines, juiced, plus a few rounds of fruit, to garnish
Pour everything into a jug and stir. Serve in tall glasses over ice, garnished with a clementine wheel.
