This gorgeous drink got me a place in the London Bacardi Legacy finals this year. It's easy to prepare and great for a party. These quantities are per serving.
75ml Bacardi Gold
25ml lemon juice
25ml pineapple juice
25ml manzanilla sherry
12.5ml orgeat syrup (this is an almond-flavoured syrup; Monin is perhaps the best-known brand)
Black pepper
Pour all the liquids into a punch bowl, then add a good handful of ice cubes. Ladle over more ice into a short tumbler, add a grind of black pepper and serve.
