The plaudits rolled in for Korey Smith on Sunday as both the club and midfielder confirmed that he will depart the Robins this summer.
Smith took to Instagram to explain that 'The last six years have been amazing...' as he went on to say that the Robins were not able to offer him a new deal and that he would be moving on.
Pre-season training starts in BS3 on Monday but Smith will not be there for the first time since 2014.
And plenty of fans were quick to give their regards to one of City's most consistent and best players over the last few years.
But not just supporters, as players past and present also joined in the applause for the former Norwich City, Oldham Athletic and Yeovil Town player.
