It's safe to say many of our readers didn't take the news well that Irish men are apparently the ugliest in the world.
While we would strongly disagree with the statement ourselves, a poll by a picky international dating site kicked us to the bottom of the league for the world’s most attractive nationalities.
According to beautifulpeople.com, just six percent of Irish single lads who applied to land their profiles on the elite Los Angeles-based site were successful.
This was apparently the lowest of any other nationality, meaning, according to the site, we are the "undisputed ugliest" men in the world.
Well that's a bit s**t...and our readers seemed to agree.
Many have been pointing out some of our hunkiest stars, including the likes of Cillian Murphy, Michael Fassbender, Colin Farrell and of course, the late great Pat Mustard.

It's the highest ever ranking for our ladies, impressively matching France with a 35% acceptance rate.
