The full Swansea City ins and outs as summer transfer window closes

The 2019 summer transfer window is officially over.

The deadline has passed, meaning Swansea can no longer sign any players either on permanent deals or on loan.

They can still of course offload players to countries where the window remains open such as France, Germany and Turkey.

But as far as incomings are concerned, that's that.
