The Fragrance Shop offers free standard delivery on orders over £40. If your order is under £40, standard delivery costs £3.49 and takes between 3 to 5 working days to arrive.
MyTFS members get free Express Delivery (48 Hours) included in their membership, while non-members can select this option for £3.99. Express delivery typically arrives within 2 to 4 working days, but excludes Sundays, bank holidays, remote postcodes, and custom-engraved orders.
Other premium delivery options include Next Day Delivery (£4.99 if ordered before 8pm), same-day Instant Delivery via Uber Direct (£7.99 for qualifying addresses within 3.5 miles of a store), standard Click & Collect (free on orders over £40, or £1.99 on smaller orders), Post Office Local Collect, and international delivery ranging from £4.99 to £18.99.
What’s the The Fragrance Shop returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your order, you can return it for a full refund within 90 days of receipt; however, if it's a change of mind, your return must be in completely new condition, unopened and unused.
You can return your orders in-store, or you can send them back to The Fragrance Shop. If you’re sending back your order via post, you’ll have to contact The Fragrance Shop customer service.
