Ross Barkley and the three players Chelsea fans want sold in the January transfer window

There are four players Chelsea fans would like to see sold in the January transfer window.

That's according to the results of a poll we have been running at football.london on the status of each player in the first team squad at Chelsea, with Blues fans given the chance to vote on who should stay and who should go.

Chelsea head coach Frank Lampard has overseen a mixed run of form in recent weeks, with the Blues beating Tottenham as well as Arsenal away from home.

It could be that the squad needs some fresh faces.

But some players have been struggling for game time, and with Chelsea winning their Court of Arbitration for Sport appeal to be able to sign players in January, the futures of some members of the Blues' squad continue to dominate the headlines.

Ross Barkley is the player most Chelsea fans want to see go, according to our poll , with 42.5 per cent of supporters voting to sell him.

Pedro did not fare much better, with only 27.8 per cent of fans voting to sell him, while only 36 per cent of fans voted to sell Marcos Alonso.

Olivier Giroud was the fourth player Chelsea fans want to see sold in January, with just 22.8 per cent of the fans voting to cash in on the former Arsenal man.

Of the remaining members of Chelsea’s first team squad, Blues fans have voted to keep 19 players, including the likes of Christian Pulisic, Mason Mount, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Tammy Abraham.

Christian Pulisic is the player who polled the most votes of Chelsea fans to be kept, with 92.9 per cent of supporters voting to keep the winger.

Mason Mount polled 92.6 per cent of votes in favour of being kept, with Fikayo Tomori polling 92.3 per cent.

Eight other players polled 90 per cent or more in terms of votes of being kept, including Callim Hudson-Odoi, N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic, Reece James, Abraham, Jorginho and Ruben Loftus-Cheek.

The other players Chelsea fans voted to keep included Emerson Palmieri, Kurt Zouma, Michy Batshuayi, Antonio Rudiger, Cesar Azpilicueta, Andreas Christensen, Kepa Arrizabalaga, Jamie Cumming and Willy Caballero.
