The four Everton players Carlo Ancelotti will be without for clash vs Tottenham & Jose Mourinho

Tottenham Hotspur host Everton in a must-win Premier League game for Jose Mourinho's side on Monday night.

Defeat at the hands of Sheffield United last time out has not done the Lilywhites' chances of qualifying for next season's Champions League any favours.

Furthermore, with Leicester City, Chelsea, Manchester United and Arsenal all winning on Saturday, it means Spurs have a tough battle on their hands to secure Europa League football for the 2020/20 campaign.

The first of three important games in the space of six days for the north London outfit is a clash against a Toffees side that are hoping to maintain their unbeaten run since the Premier League resumed.

Speaking of the Merseyside outfit, manager Carlo Ancelotti delivered the latest team news ahead of the game at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

The Italian has revealed that Djibril Sidibe is also in contention to make his matchday squad, but ex-Arsenal forward Theo Walcott and Fabian Delph are among the two players who won't make the trip to the capital.

"We also have Djibril Sidibe back for this game, but Theo Walcott and Fabian Delph are out," Ancelotti said in his pre-match press conference.

This means that Walcott and Delph join long-term injury casualties Jean-Philippe Gbamin and Cenk Tosun as the four players Ancelotti will be without against Spurs.

"He is doing well," Ancelotti said of Gbamin who will miss the remainder of the season with an Achilles injury.

"He doesn’t have any [additional] problems and he is having a proper recovery in this period."

The good news for the Toffees is that Richarlison, who was substituted after 57 minutes against Leicester City in midweek with an ankle knock, appears to be winning his fitness battle.

"Richarlison didn’t train [on Friday] but I think he will be able to train tomorrow and he is not going to have problems to play on Monday," Ancelotti added. "I think he will be fine.

"He has to train on Saturday and Sunday but I think he is recovering well from the knock and he is not going to have problems."
