A prominent Swansea city centre building which was once home to a popular Italian restaurant is on the market.
The building, located at 18 & 20 Princess Way, is fondly remembered as the old Mamma Mia, which served pizza by the metre and closed its doors back in 2018.
Since its sudden closure the large unit has remained empty despite its prominent spot in the city centre.
But it has now been advertised for sale for £1.1 million, with signs showing there could be new life for the business.
Lambert Smith Hampton is marketing the end terrace four storey building, which was constructed in the 1950s/60s.

There are plans afoot by Swansea Council to develop that area of the city centre, with a proposal to create a new 'City Square' in close proximity to the building as part of its Swansea Central development.
