The forgotten ex-Emmerdale star with two very famous sisters

Die-hard Emmerdale fans will remember bully Lyn Hutchinson on the show.

Sally Walsh played the character for three years from 1997. She was part of some huge stories as Lyn and become the enemy of the classroom.

She tormented Emma Cairns during her pregnancy and later dated Marlon Dingle. The character left the village in 2000 after she discovered Scott Windsor was having an affair with his stepsister Kelly behind Roy Glover's back.

Sally, who played Lynn, has also been in Heartbeat, The Old Curiosity Shop, and EastEnders. She is also starred in a Disney film at 16 years old.

What many might not know is she has two famous sisters.

Who are Sally Walsh's sisters?

Her sister Kimberley Walsh is best known for being in Girls Aloud. She has also done presenting gigs, appeared in a number of theatre shops, stared in films, and popular Channel 4 drama Ackley Bridge. The singer has three sons with former Triple 8 boy band member Justin Scott.

Their sister Amy has also starred in Emmerdale. She played iconic character Tracy Metcalfe for over eight years.

What is Sally doing now?

The Bradford-born actress has recently opened a drama academy for kids in Woodford Green. Sally told Great British Life: "The aim is to build confidence while having plenty of fun.

"The classes will involve some improvisation along with prose and scripted pieces. Ultimately, children will be offered the opportunity to enter LAMDA examinations, but this will be as and when they feel ready."

Like her sister Kimberley, Sally also has three children - all boys.
