The five tasty new street food vendors at Trinity Kitchen

Food lovers in Leeds couldn't believe their luck when Trinity Kitchen opened a few years back.

Mexican masters Tortilla are just one of several popular street food vendors making waves at the high-end food court, and now a host of new names have been invited into the fold.

Among the new names at Trinity this time around are a Thai favourite and a highly-rated burger joint, and the five new names will no doubt mean that the food court is more popular than ever.

Trinity Kitchen also welcomed its first ever sports bar recently when The Dugout opened - Leeds United legend Dom Matteo was on-hand for the opening night.

Back to the food though, and there is plenty of promise among the recently announced names - check them out below.

The Longhorn Steak Co.

Let's Go are going to be serving sizzling Longhorn steak sandwiches which can be topped up with delicious toppings such as chipotle, chorizo, blue cheese, bacon and brie. If you want a meat feast, look no further!

Tikk’s Thai Kitchen

We have some great Thai restaurants in Leeds already, and lovers of the cuisine are sure to be a fan of Tikk's. The new street food favourite will be serving up dishes from Southern Thailand, including crispy prawns, chicken satay skewers and beef massaman curry.

Little Red Food Truck

A highly-rated burger joint, they will use quality farm assured meat in their delicious burgers.
