The five players Arsenal are tipped to sign in the summer transfer window

Arsenal’s first season under the guidance of Unai Emery has been a rollercoaster ride and an important end to the campaign lies ahead, as they chase a top-four finish and Europa League glory.

There is no denying that there is work to be done at the Emirates Stadium though and a significant restructure could take place on and off the field, as the club eye a Director of Football and seek to rejuvenate their ranks.

A lot of the business potentially ahead likely depends on whether Arsenal can offer Champions League football to the player’s they have cast their eye on but there are reasons to be optimistic, having lured the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, Lucas Torreira and Sokratis to the club without that offering.

Speculation on potential additions is already rife and, using BetVictor, we have identified the five players they believe are most likely to arrive at the Emirates Stadium during the course of the summer window.

Arsenal offer Aaron Ramsey injury update amid fears he will miss remainder of season

Yannick Carrasco - Dalian Yifang (2/1)

The Belgium international was heavily linked with a move to Arsenal during the January transfer window but the Gunners couldn’t manage the finances. His wages would be an issue again this summer but Unai Emery continues to search for an addition in the wide areas.

Eric Bailly - Manchester United (2/1)

The Manchester United defender has seen his future at Old Trafford regularly attract speculation and, with the Red Devils set for a rebuild, a move to Arsenal has been mentioned once again. At 25-years-old, he could be the solution the Gunners have been looking for but only if he can consistently find his best form.

Ivan Perisic - Inter Milan (5/2)

Another player linked with a move to Arsenal in the January window, speculation surrounding a potential Premier League transfer for Ivan Perisic will not go away. The issue for the Gunners is whether the 30-year-old would be a considerable upgrade to the squad.

Daniele Rugani - Juventus (3/1)

The 24-year-old’s future at Juventus continues to attract speculation and there is no doubt he would be a solid addition to Arsenal’s frail back line. Whether Unai Emery could finance a move for the Italy international is debatable though.

Thomas Partey - Atletico Madrid (3/1)

Aaron Ramsey’s imminent departure from Arsenal leaves a midfield void that needs to be filled and, although Thomas Partey does not fit into that role, his arrival could solidify the Gunners in the middle of the park and allow someone else to play a more advanced role.
