The final League Two table as Newport County scrape into play-offs

Newport County have made it into the play-offs following a last-minute goal against Morecambe.

The Exiles came away from their clash on Saturday with a 1-1 draw thanks to an equaliser from Jamille Matt in the 87th minute.

It means Mike Flynn's side, unbeaten in their last 10 games, claimed the final League Two play-off spot after securing the point they required thanks to Matt's goal.

Morecambe's first-half goal had come from ex-Newport County academy graduate Aaron Collins.

Exeter's failure to beat Forest Green means County finish the season seventh and will face Mansfield Town in the play-offs.
