The Fantastic Four teaser: Ebon Moss-Bachrach's Ben Grimm has 'The Bear' fans saying 'Yes Chef!'

The first teaser for The Fantastic Four: First Steps has finally arrived, and fans of The Bear couldn’t help but notice a familiar face and in an unexpected setting.

Ebon Moss-Bachrach, best known for his role as Richie in The Bear, is introduced as Ben Grimm, a.k.a. The Thing. Interestingly, while his face remained hidden under heaps of make-up and CGI, the internet found a hilarious way to identify him. In a now viral clip from the trailer, he dips his finger in a sauce to taste it to make sure it was perfect. The moment has prompted fans to enthusiastically respond, "Yes, Chef!" on social media, drawing parallels between his award-winning role in The Bear.

Taking to twitter, fans posted their hilarious reactions to the sauce tasting scene saying, "You can’t keep Ebon Moss-Bachrach out of a kitchen."

Another shared pictures of the actor in the hit series and his new superhero movie and quipped, "these are literally the same picture of ebon moss-bachrach."

See how the others reacted:

The Fantastic Four teaser seemingly skips the team’s origin story, much like Spider-Man: Homecoming, and drops viewers into the action when the Fantastic Four have already acquired their powers. The setting hints at a drastically different MCU, one that not only takes place in a different time but possibly in a different universe. Instead of the familiar Avengers Tower, this version of New York City features the Baxter Building, the iconic home of the Fantastic Four.

In addition to Moss-Bachrach’s Ben Grimm, the teaser introduces the rest of Marvel’s First Family: Pedro Pascal as Reed Richards, a.k.a. Mr. Fantastic, Vanessa Kirby as Sue Storm, a.k.a. Invisible Woman, and Joseph Quinn as Johnny Storm, a.k.a. Human Torch.

The film's release date set is for July 25.
