The extraordinary Toulouse v Racing 92 try being called one of the greatest ever scored in Europe

French rugby is well known for it's Gallic flair but Toulouse surpassed even their own high standards with a try being lauded as the best ever in Heineken Champions Cup history.

And it even left two former Welsh Grand Slam winners in flanker Martyn Williams and centre Tom Shanklin gobsmacked.

Despite being reduced to 14-men after just 22 minutes following the dismissal of Zach Holmes in their all-French quarter-final clash with Racing 92, the four-time winners executed arguably the move of 2019.

It left the BT Sport commentary team almost speechless as a sweeping move from left to right saw Lucas Tauzin pull off an outrageous offload without looking to put Maxime Medard over for a try.

"For the no-look offload alone the ref should blow up and give Toulouse the win," tweeted out former Wales flanker Williams.

Toulouse eventually won the game 22-21.
