A former Love Island contestant has been lifting the lid on behind-the-scenes secrets.
Amy Hart has been answering fan questions on her social media and in her latest Q&A she revealed that there's an extra recoupling session that viewers don't get to see.
Amy, who was a contestant on the 2019 series, was asked if there's a recoupling at Casa Amor, the dreaded second villa where Islanders are separated from their partners and introduced to a new batch of bombshells.

Viewers usually only see the Islanders return from Casa Amor with a new partner or alone if they've decided to stick with the person they were coupled with in the main villa.

But Amy, who had her heart broken by Curtis Pritchard after he had his head turned by Jourdan Riane while she was in Casa Amor, says there's a re-coupling held earlier in the day as the Islanders make their decisions.
"Recoupling at Casa Amor before they return?" she was asked.
And she replied "yes in the afternoon!"

Amy was also asked if the contestants are told who to recouple with and she said: "No not at all."
Another fan of the ITV2 dating show wanted to know why viewers don't get to see the Islanders eating their meals.
"Much more exciting stuff to show," she told him.
In a previous Q&A Amy shocked fans when she revealed that Islanders are only allowed two alcoholic drinks a night.
"First one is sometimes communal prosecco," she said.
She also floored fans by disclosing just how long is spent filming the recoupling scenes.
"Two hours for normal ones about four hours for Casa return," Amy told her followers.
"Two hours!! No wonder people usually look so bored when capturing the reactions," exclaimed one follower.
