The Women’s 2019 World Cup in France is here with the tournament poised to be the best we have ever seen.
An Everton star - and another who has just left the club - will be representing the Blue half of Merseyside with eyes on the most prestigious trophy in the game.
Here is all you need to know about the Everton and Netherlands star competing for the cup in France.
Inessa Kaagman

Age: 23
Inessa Kaagman made her international debut for Netherlands in January 2019 against South Africa.
The Dutch midfielder has regularly featured in the international youth set up with caps from the Under-15s through to Under-19 level.
Kaagman is a product of Ajax’s famous academy and made her domestic debut against Club Brugge in 2013.
The future was bright and Kaagman grasped the opportunity with both hands.
Everton’s number eight helped retain the Eredivisie in 2018 registering 11 goals and 18 assists.
Kaagman then joined Everton ahead of the 2018/19 season.
The Dutch midfielder had a hand in five goal contributions over 19 games with Everton ending the season in 10th.
Olivia Chance

Position: Midfielder
Age: 25
While she has just left Everton after her contract expired this month, Blues will all be wishing Olivia Chance well at the World Cup.
Chance heads into the tournament in good form having played a role in defeating 1-0 at the Amex.
The Football Ferns’ midfielder signed for the Toffees in February 2017 having impressed on trial.
Chance was left out of the 2011 and 2015 New Zealand World Cup squad in Germany and Canada respectively and will be looking to progress deep into the latter stages.
