Olivier Grossetete’s structure The Ephemeral City will be built by Sydney residents using just cardboard and scotch tape in the Cutaway of Barangaroo Reserve.

Known for his short-lived architectural projects, often built in collaboration with the public, Grossetete is used to creating site-specific utopian works.

For those seeking a bird’s eye view, the flying fox will zip between the cardboard buildings on a 165m line, while children will be able to channel their cardboard creative skills at Boxwars creative workshops.
