The emotional moment Robbie Williams is reunited with his wife and children after three week quarantine

Singer Robbie Williams enjoyed an emotional reunion with his family after living in quarantine for three weeks.

The 46-year-old pop superstar was thrilled to be reunited with his wife Ayda, 40, and their children Theodora, seven, Charlton, five, 18-month-old Colette and one-month-old Beau.

The former Take That singer has been keeping away from his family after returning to America from Australia as he observed self-isolation precautions in the light of the coronavirus pandemic.

Sharing a moving video on Instagram of the touching moment the family were reunited, Ayda wrote: "After 3 weeks...REUNITED!!!! So happy to have daddy home after separate quarantines #togetheratlast #quarantinelife #stayhome."

The video showed their two eldest children excitedly running to greet their dad as his quarantine came to an end.

Theodora - affectionately nicknamed Teddy - and Charlton looked down the driveway as Robbie walked into view.

The children shouted 'daddy' as they could see Robbie approaching.

The Feel singer walked with his arms outstretched and, bending down, scooped up Teddy and hugged his daughter before dropping to his knees to embrace his son.

"Oooh this made my heart melt," said one fan.

"Oh crying Xxx" said another.

Ayda recently shared a video clip with proud dad Robbie of Teddy following in her father's musical footsteps and playing the piano while in lockdown.

"Teddy is using her quarantine time to compose her own masterpiece," she said.

The couple, who married in 2010, have been 'dating' at a distance while quarantining away from each other.

"Love in the garden...from a distance ️ #selfquarantine #socialdistancing #keepingitreal," explained Ayda with a video of Robbie keeping a strict distance from the Loose Women panellist.

And next to a photo taken from a window of Robbie gazing up at her from the driveway below she wrote: "When Romeo Met Juliet...A Social Distancing Love Story."
