BBC One’s The Syndicate is returning for a fourth, stand-alone season, with Line of Duty star Neil Morrisey set to lead the cast of the Kay Mellor drama.
And he's not the only familiar face as the star-studded cast will also see Emmerdale's Emily Head and Gaynor Faye star in the new series, alongside fellow soap stars Kym Marsh and Katie McGlynn.
Emmerdale actress Gaynor, who is the show's writer Kay Mellor’s daughter, stars as his long-suffering partner.

The new six-part drama six rumoured to air on BBC later this year, the exact date is not yet known, however filming has been reported to have started in various areas of Yorkshire.
The stand-alone fourth series of The Syndicate was announced in February 2020 – five years after the last run of the show, however filming was delayed due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Actress, Emily Head, who played multi-millionaire Rebecca White in the ITV soap has landed the new role after quitting Emmerdale in 2018.
She left after her character, Rebecca, decided to leave the village with Ross Barton following her traumatic brain injury and his acid attack wounds.
Emily will play Colette in season 4 of The Syndicate, which will deal with the staff of Woodvale Kennels when they win the lottery as part of a syndicate - but are cheated out of their winnings.
Writer Kay Mellor teased: "This series is a brand-new story about a syndicate of low paid kennel workers who think they’ve won the lottery but have been robbed of their ticket.
"The chase to confront the culprit takes us to the wealthy French Riviera where the young syndicate find themselves well out of their depth."
