The Edinburgh restaurants and bars named 'best in Scotland' at prestigious awards

We have an excellent food and drinks scene here in the capital - and we're not just being bias.

Time and time again we are seeing local businesses win awards with each celebrating the hard work and dedication of their teams.

And just recently, more business were presented with a worthy award with some Edinburgh locals being listed as the best in Scotland.

Now in its 26th year, the SLTN (Scottish Licensed Trade News) awards continues to represent the benchmark for excellence in Scotland's hospitality industry. SLTN is the leading publication for Scotland’s licensed trade and hospitality industry, with all the latest news, products and advice for the on-trade.

There were many winners this year with six alone in the capital and others in areas such as Glasgow and Aberdeen.
