The East Kilbride News will be putting your questions forward at the East Kilbride Central North Hustings.
The East Mains Community Council have granted the News permission to ask our readers questions at their the event ahead of the South Lanarkshire Council Ward 8 by-election.
If you wish to go along to the event it will be held in the Old Parish Church from 7.15pm on Thursday, August 22.
All candidates have been invited.
To put your questions to the candidates or raise a local issue email mark.pirie@reachplc.com with your name, whether you are from St Leonards, The Village or East Mains, and your question.
Voting will take place between 7am and 10pm on Thursday, August 29 before counting takes place electronically at Blacklaw Primary School.
