The Dublin city centre parking space with a price tag that costs more than most cars

Parking a car in Dublin can be an absolute nightmare, especially if you live in the city centre.

Private parking spaces are in high demand and are considered prime real estate across the capital.

One parking space, located right in the heart of Dublin city centre, is even being offered for sale for a higher price than your average car!

The car parking space on Kings Inn Street in Dublin 1 is located right in the heart of the northside shopping district, only minutes away from Henry Street and the Jervis Street shopping centre.

With a price tag of €35,000 it equates to almost €3,000 each month in a year and costs more than your average car.

Brand new cars that are cheaper to buy than the parking space include:

  • Hyundai i40 Saloon (€28k)
  • Renault Megane Grand Coupe Saloon (€33k)
  • Honda Civic Saloon (€33k)
  • Toyota Carolla Saloon (€33k)
  • Volkswagen Passat Saloon (€34k)

According to the listing on Daft.ie, there is 24/7 access through the security gate operated by the remote control and the premises is installed with CCTV surveillance.
