The Dolls announce new Scottish tour - and it's their biggest gigs to date

Scotland's most outrageous comedy duo have announced a new live tour - and it'll be their biggest shows to date!

The Dolls - A Rerr Terr kicks off in August, when stars Gayle Telfer-Stevens and Louise McCarthy head out on the road to resurrect their hilarious alter egos in venue across the country.

The pair have a cult following in Scotland, with more than 41,000 fans on Facebook and ability to sell out their shows in record time, so fans are sure to be delighted by the news that they're returning - and would be advised to get in quick for tickets.

We're not sure what's in store for Agnes and Sadie this time round, but one thing is for certain: it'll be hilarious.

River City actress Gayle and Scot Squad's Louise, who recently appeared together in The Steamie, are taking time out of their busy filming schedules for the gigs, which take place across three months.

They say: "Get the lassies together (even that wee cow fae yer work). Get yersel a provy loan, join a menodge or bump the weans piggy bank because this is one show you won’t want to miss!!!!"

And there's an extra treat in store for Glasgow fans of The Dolls, who can bag a free roll and sausage and a selfie with the pair if they buy their tickets in person at the Theatre Royal this Friday. (February 28).

Tickets for gigs across the country go on sale this Friday at 11am, apart from the Dundee show which will be online from Monday, March 2.

For the Glasgow gig and your chance to bag a roll and sausage and a selfie with The Dolls , head along to the Theatre Royal from 8.30am on Friday and any remaining tickets will go online the following Monday.
