The Cube's Body reveals how she gets that incredible curvy physique

How does The Cube’s Body get that incredible curvy body?

By hiking up hills in a 10kg weighted vest, sticking to a strict low carbohydrate, high-protein macronutrient diet and... having lots of virtual sex, she says.

The Body, unmasked last year as 44-year-old Andrianna Christofi, also “hip thrusts” 85kg to strengthen her glute muscles because, as she explains: “It’s all about the butt.”

She adds: “I don’t really care about how much I lift – I just want to ensure I’m beating all the 21-year-olds.”

Svelte Andrianna jokes that having “loads of virtual sex” during lockdowns keeps her in shape for the ITV show, officially named The Million Pound Cube, hosted by Phillip Schofield.

But she says her weight training – including hiking gradients wearing her 10kg vest – and cardiovascular fitness, plus her healthy diet, maintains her famous frame.

“I do take care of myself,” she says. “I like healthier foods.”

The model also went under the knife to have a breast enhancement which increased her A cups to a C.

The Body – who has appeared on The Cube for 11 years, and was last seen demonstrating tasks over Christmas – had to keep her svelte figure in the same made-to-measure suit for five series – as initially, only one jumpsuit was produced.

“I’m pretty consistent,” she says. “I’m always careful, I’m always exercising.

You do have to maintain a decent enough look – it comes with the job.

“There’s pressure, of course, but not to let it drive you grey!”
