The Derby 2020 date and time. When is the Group 1 classic at Epsom this year?

The Derby is one of the biggest horse races worldwide and is the ultimate test for three-year-old colts.

It takes place at Epsom Racecourse every year, but will be ran slightly later in 2020 due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Irish trainer Aidan O'Brien has won the contest seven times and he will no doubt have a strong team once again for this year's contest.

This year's Derby takes place on Saturday, July 4.
