The ‘dangerous’ baby sleeping bags being sold online

  • Many of the identified sleeping bags were similar or identical to items previously recalled by the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).
  • Which? expressed concern that these potentially lethal products remain available despite earlier market surveillance and removals by the OPSS.
  • The consumer group is urging shoppers to avoid specific unsafe features and is advocating for online marketplaces to be held legally accountable for selling dangerous goods.
