His record has been superb for his country with 29 goals and 26 assists, but that ratio has even gone up even more when he became the captain of the side ahead of Euro 2016.

When asked back in January if Hazard is a leader, Sarri said: "I don’t know ... he’s more an individual player than a leader. He is very important for us, because he is a great player.
"He always can win the match in two minutes – sometimes in one minute but at the moment he’s not a leader. He’s a great player – one of the best in the world.

"I think he has to do more, because the potential is higher than the performances. He has to respect first of all himself. You know very well that Eden is a wonderful player but he’s an individual player.
