We finally have our first look at a post-Foy world for The Crown.
Netflix historical drama The Crown has released a short teaser for its third season, which sees Oscar-winner Olivia Colman take over from Golden Globe-winner Claire Foy as Queen Elizabeth II.
The short clip shows Colman as the monarch walk past an open door in full regal dress before giving a brief glance at the camera.
Netflix has also confirmed that The Crown season 3 is released on Netflix worldwide on November 17, 2019.
Joining Colman is Game of Thrones star Tobias Menzies as Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, taking over from Matt Smith as the Queen's husband.
Helena Bonham Carter also takes on the dramatic role of the Queen's sister Princess Margaret, as previous actress Vanessa Kirby makes her mark in the Fast & Furious franchise film Hobbs & Shaw.
Also starring in the third season is Josh O'Connor as Prince Charles, Erin Doherty as Princess Anne, Ben Daniels as Anthony Armstrong-Jones, Marion Bailey as The Queen Mother, and Jason Watkins as Prime Minister Harold Wilson.
Needless to say, fans are delighted (and terrified) to see Colman's take on The Queen.

Another revealed: "Finally!!! I’m going to miss Claire Foy, but I‘m sure this will be brilliant. After all, this is THE Olivia Colman."

Another warned: "I will unfortunately not survive the first Olivia Colman vs. Helena Bonham Carter battle on The Crown, but I will die so, so happy."

The Crown season 3 is released on Netflix on November 17, 2019.
