Fans of hit Netflix show The Crown have lost their minds at the trailer for season 4 ahead of its release next month.
The Crown has become one of the streaming service's biggest hits as it follows the reign of Queen Elizabeth II over different time periods.
And the upcoming series looks set to be its biggest binge-worthy run of episodes to date with the entrance of two key figures in Her Majesty's life - former Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher and the late Princess Diana.
The Crown's official Twitter account sparked a social media frenzy on Thursday afternoon with a post of the trailer, simply captioned: "Bend. Or Break. Season Four, 15th November."
That short but sweet statement, along with a first look at X Files and Sex Education star Gillian Anderson as Thatcher and Emma Corrin as a young Diana, alongside Oscar winner Olivia Colman who returns as The Queen, was enough to drive fans wild.
One exclaimed: "SPECTACULAR #TheCrown has outdone itself! If only it could continue until the present day," and, in firm agreement, another tweeted: "I literally can’t! So excited."
Other Crown devotees focused on Anderson's portrayal of Thatcher, with one reacting: "I never watched THE CROWN but she will win everything! That voice, those faces! God!"
Another commented: "OMG that Thatcher voice! You just want to punch her... but..it’s the brilliant Gillian Anderson! Torn!"
