The cream hailed as miracle cure for eczema and psoriasis – which costs less than £5

People have been raving about a bargain cream which has been described as a wonder cure for eczema and psoriasis.

The Childs Farm Baby Moisturiser is made by a small business rather than a pharmaceutical company and it available for just £3.99 at stores such as Boots and Asda.

For months people have been hailing its impact online – with mums saying it has worked wonders with their child's eczema.

Some have even said that the NHS would "save a fortune" if they put it on prescription.

Amazon launch eight day spring sale and here are some of the best deals they've got on offer

Kent Live reported that Laura Gray, who has psoriasis, shared her experience with the moisturiser on Facebook.

She posted: "I suffer from psoriasis, have done for years.

"I get it all up my arms, neck and chest and up until yesterday only hydrocortisone cream would get rid of it, but it's really harsh and only pharmacists can give you it.

"Yesterday my mum told me to try this baby moisturiser. I'm not joking, 24 hours later my psoriasis is gone. Anyone suffering with psoriasis or eczema you need to try this."

The cream is described by its makers as a "light and luxurious hydrating moisturiser" which is "mild and gentle".

Mum Paige Sweeney previously took to social media to say that the cream has had a dramatic impact on her three-year-old daughter Evie-Rae.

Chronicle Live reported that she had countless appointments with a dermatologist and had tried out a range of different medications with no luck.

She commented: "I've tried everything in an attempt to help Evie-Rae. She has had eczema since she was born, then when she was five weeks old she was diagnosed with a milk allergy.

"Her eczema was so painful that she didn't sleep through the night until she was two. She was constantly scratching and bleeding."

She added: "I saw the moisturising cream on the shelf in Boots and decided to give it a go. Within a matter of days I could see her skin starting to clear up. I couldn't believe it. The NHS could save a fortune if they put it on prescription."

Paige then posted before and after posts on Facebook, and these images were shared 40,000 times.
