Celtic will face a gruelling trip back from Kazakhstan just days before they face Rangers in the first derby match of the season.
What's more, Brendan Rodgers' men will finish up the second leg of their Champions League play-off against Kairat Almaty at around midnight local time.
It has been revealed by UEFA, as per the information on their website, that the second leg of Kairat vs Celtic will kick-off at 5.45pm BST on Tuesday, August 26.
With a four-hour time difference at play, this means that, local time, in the far east, the game will begin at 9.45pm.
Should the game go the distance beyond 90 minutes, with the teams unable to be separated by the two games, then it could even go further into the night with extra time and penalties and option as both sides aim to make it to the league phase of UEFA's top club competition.
A trip to Ibrox will then await the Hoops just a handful of days after the expedition.

The first derby of the campaign will be played at Ibrox Stadium on Sunday, August 31. Kick-off is scheduled for 12pm.
With that in mind, Celtic will be hoping they can get the majority of their work done in the home leg of the UCL play-off against Kairat.
That game will be played next week on Wednesday, August 20, with an 8pm kick-off.
This could allow Rodgers to rotate some of his first team squad in a bid to keep his best XI ready for the encounter with Rangers.
