The UK, Spain, France and Sweden are among the countries with little to no chance of making Ireland's first green list.
The list is to be released later this week with all the places deemed no more risky than here in terms of coronavirus.
The list will be compiled based on data from the European Centre for Disease Control and Prevention.
Countries in Europe are listed based on their coronavirus cases per 100,000 people within the last two weeks.
The data published on Sunday shows that Ireland currently has an incidence rate of 4.9.
Any country with a rate lower than this is likely to be included in any list with countries over that having little to no chance making it.
Italy and Greece are currently among those under us and likely to be included - you can read all the ones that are right here.
But our neighbours in the UK as well Ireland's favourite sun holiday spots of Spain, Portugal and France are all set to miss out.
Here is the countries in Europe that currently have a higher incidence rate than Ireland.
