A long-running cocktail bar which has been a mainstay of Swansea's party capital for almost two decades is up for sale.
La Cantina, an independent Mexican style bar, has been a regular stop off on bar crawls along Swansea's Wind Street since 2001.
It has been popular among its customers for its discount offers, cocktails and vast menu of different flavoured shots.
But the business has now been put up for sale, marketed at £275,000.
BP2 Property Consultants, which is handling the sale, revealed the family behind it had decided to retire.
Director Roger Poolman said: "It has only been on the market for 10 days but the interest we've had is very encouraging.
"It has closed as a business, with the owners leaving due to retirement. It had been running for 20 years as a family business.
"I think it's a good opportunity to acquire a freehold property in the city centre. It is an excellent business location in the city which will recover post-Covid.
"It is a rare opportunity, a good business opportunity for somebody."

It isn't the only mainstay bar in Wind Street to disappear in recent times.
Walkabout closed its doors for a final time on January 5, 2020, after being open for 20 years.
And Revolution shut in September, 2019, as the Revolution group said the move was part of its "ongoing active management of its trading estate."
