After a dire defeat to Leicester in the Premier League, it is clear something needs to change at Manchester United.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side were clearly second best in their 4-2 defeat at the King Power Stadium as many of their flaws were emphatically exposed by a side that pressed high and took the game by the scruff of its neck.
In contrast, United lacked any real grip on the game and once again relied on individual moments of quality to give them any chance of success, a worrying trend that has been present throughout the season.
With a gruelling fixture schedule on the horizon, it is clear something needs to change quickly and one former United defender thinks he might know the answer.
John O'Kane, who was on the books between 1993 and 1998, suggests dropping Bruno Fernandes might be the solution in order to fit Edinson Cavani into the side as a strike partner for Cristiano Ronaldo.
Fernandes might have incredible stats since his move from Sporting Lisbon last year but O'Kane believes it is time for United to put the collective ahead of individuals.
"Watching Match of the Day was clear to see someone has to be dropped for the good of the system!" O'Kane tweeted on Saturday.
"It's Bruno I'm afraid. Cavani has to play, so does Ronaldo but unfortunately, the coaches will NEVER do this. Trust me it's the only way Utd play better 442. Sporting have won 5 (trophy emoji) since he's left."
