The Clippers pulled off a historic comeback win over the Warriors in a totally bonkers game

The Golden State Warriors were cruising along in Game 2 of their first-round playoff series with the Los Angeles Clippers on Monday night, as a 31-point lead in the third quarter had all the feels of the game being over.

But then the Clippers somehow stormed all the way back and incredibly took the lead for good when rookie Landry Shamet hit a 3-pointer with 15.9 seconds left which game them a two-point lead.

Steph Curry then missed an open 3-pointer with under 10 seconds left, Montrezl Harrell hit two free throws and the Clippers pulled off the biggest playoff comeback in NBA history with a 135-131 win.

It was an absolutely bonkers game – in which the Clippers scored 85 points in the second half OF A PLAYOFF GAME.

This game had it all down the stretch.

It seemed to start with Patrick Beverley being himself:

It had Draymond Green forcing the sixth and final foul on Beverley with this obvious flop:

It had Steve Ballmer freaking out until the final seconds:

And in the end, it had the Clippers leaving with a historic win:

And it had two Warriors stars running away from their problems:

It was a game that had Twitter going crazy:
