Nestled into the collector's quarter of Cardiff, there is a rooftop where you can take part in sunrise yoga sessions to reinvigorate yourself after the following night's antics.
Jacob's Rooftop Terrace sits above the independent antique centre and speciality coffee shop, Coffi Clwb.
The terrace boasts views overlooking the city and is home to a natural garden and bar area with plenty of seating.
Throughout the summer months, the space also holds regular events including outdoor cinema screenings with Lost Lands Cinema, garden parties, brunches, and live music.
Owner and manager, Michael Cooling told 2Chill, “Over the years, we’ve held some fantastic events.

“Most notably, we had an incredible New Year’s Eve party on the rooftop. We watched the fireworks set off across the city centre and enjoyed a nice glass of fizz which was pretty special,” he recalled.
"The team are looking forward to running more music-focused rooftop parties over the summer and early autumn.
“This August, we also have a wine tasting night coming up called Wine Club, which has previously been a big hit” Michael noted.
Wine Club will celebrate fine wine and delicious food pairings and it’ll definitely be something to look forward to.
Most recently, the rooftop garden’s spectacular cityscape view has been the backdrop for regular sunrise yoga sessions, run by Cardiff-based wellness community, Studio S.
Describing Jacobs Roof Garden, Pilates instructor Steph Myddelton said, “It’s such a unique space. It feels like you’re in a building of culture and creativity.”
Whether you’re there for an event or class, the terrace is magical.

She added, “Coming out of lockdown, we have a big appreciation for it after being confined to our own four walls. On the rooftop, the sky is our ceiling - we love practicing there with the sun beaming down on us."
These sessions are followed in the evening by salsa and sangria events at sunset.
Izzy Davies, 24, attends both the sunrise and sunset sessions and notes that "There's nothing else quite like it in Cardiff."
