The Circle Eatery is set to open in Beeston - in the former premises of Rye

A new all-day eatery with the motto 'simple, fresh and local' is set to open in Beeston.

The Circle Eatery is branching out after opening in 2013 in Bingham, where it has become a popular spot for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Hand-stretched pizza will be the main focus and after having a pizza oven installed all the way from Italy, owner Javid Omoomian said: "We are proud to say we will be serving the best Neapolitan pizzas in Nottingham."

Work is currently underway to refurbish the property in High Road, ready for opening later this month. The premises used to be Rye, also an all-day cafe bar.

"It will be the sister restaurant to the Bingham site, so people can expect the same level of fresh, local produce, friendly service and welcoming atmosphere," added Javid.

The Circle Eatery's pizzas include the Big Bang, topped with chicken, bacon, peppers, red onion and rocket and the Fancy Pants which comes with fillet steak, asparagus, Dolcelatte cheese and caramelised onion.

Avocado eggs, gyros, pasta and salads will be served and the coffee will be supplied by Nottingham roasters 200 Degrees.

The family-friendly independent eatery will also have a children's menu.
