The Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, West Ham and Fulham stars most likely to make summer transfers

As the Premier League draws to a close this weekend, the transfer rumour mill is expected to go into overdrive.

Already there has been plenty of speculation regarding the future of certain players, and ahead of the final round of games this Sunday, bookmaker SportNation.Bet have revealed who they believe to be the five most likely players to leave their club this summer.

First up and odds on to leave is Chelsea's Eden Hazard.

The Belgian has been on Real Madrid's radar for what seems to be a lifetime, and even though the Blues have confirmed Champions League football for next season, Hazard's departure to the Spanish capital seems inevitable.

Reports even suggested on Friday that the 28-year-old has already agreed personal terms with Los Blancos and he is priced at 1/10 to move on.

Next up and priced at 8/11 for a summer transfer is Fulham's Ryan Sessegnon.

The full-back has been a wanted man ever since his heroics sent Fulham up to the Premier League last season.

And now having suffered an instant relegation, the West London side may have to sell some of their best players to help balance the books, especially after spending over £100m in last season's summer window - and Sessegnon is expected to be on the radar of plenty of top flight clubs.

One club have been warned off signing Sessegnon, however.

Priced at evens for a summer move away from the capital is Arsenal's Mesut Ozil.

After failing to impress new Gunners boss Unai Emery, Ozil has failed to cement a permanent place in the starting eleven for the last two seasons, and it seems the former German international is on borrowed time at the Emirates with the club looking to cash in with two years left on his current deal.

Also priced at evens for a move away this summer is Marko Arnautovic of West Ham.

After failing to force a move to China in the January transfer window, the Austrian still looks set to leave the London Stadium in the summer.

And after scoring a brace in the Hammers' last home against Southampton, Arnautovic will be leaving the club on better terms than he would have been after January's protests.

Finally, completing the list is Spurs' Christian Eriksen, who is priced a 3/1 for a move away from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Why Liverpool and Tottenham should not be surprised by Champions League final ticket allocation

The Dane has been one of the stars of Mauricio Pochettino's side over the last few years but the lack of investment and his magic touch may well see Eriksen leave.

In demand from some of Europe's biggest clubs, the attacking midfielder could well end his time as a Tottenham player as a Champions League winner.
