With house prices in Wales seeing an eye-watering rise you may be interested in finding out where the cheapest places are to live.
In fact, it was the busiest first half of a year ever recorded by Rightmove.
Property website Zoopla has looked at all the figures and postcodes and worked out the estimate for the cheapest places to live in Cardiff.
Figures show that Furness Close in the capital is the cheapest place to live with the estimate price of £57,000, followed by Austen Close in Llanrumney and Caerau Court, both at £71,000.
Furness Close topped the list last year, with an estimate price of £50,000 with Caerau Court in second place at £62,000. Both streets have seen a rise in their prices in the last year.
